Description
This course is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills to plan and deploy networking technologies associated with a Windows Server 2008 R2 network infrastructure. This includes networking services, application deployment, Terminal Services, Virtualization, and Active Directory.

Audience
This course is recommended for Microsoft technology specialists who are looking to move enterprise administration, to include support for planning and deploying networking technologies associated with a Windows Server 2008 R2 network infrastructure. This includes networking services, application deployment, Terminal Services, Virtualization, and Active Directory.

Prerequisites
To fully benefit from this course, the student should have basic knowledge of Windows Server 2003, Active Directory, understand basic security concepts and methodologies, familiarity with services such as DHCP and DNS. The student must have basic computing skills on using a mouse, a keyboard, a web browser, and the ability to navigate through various menus. The student must understand spoken and written English.
