Description
This course provides Project Managers with the knowledge and skills needed to master the new PMBOKā„¢ Guide Third Edition and attain the coveted Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. The 3rd edition PMBOK introduced 20 new terms which students must gain mastery of to successfully pass the updated exam. The course will cover 44 processes within the five process groups and nine knowledge areas in a logical, sequential, and effective way to quickly and effectively prepare learners for the PMP Certification 2005 Exam.

Prerequisites
To effectively use this course to prepare for the PMP 2005 examination, it is recommended that learners successfully complete the course Superior Project Management (SPM), or have previous project management experience, as required in the application to sit for the exam.
