The CiscoWorks LAN Management Solution bundle contains the fundamental, and therefore critical, CiscoWorks applications for properly managing your Cisco equipment at a very high level of efficiency and effectiveness. While these applications are fundamental in nature, it can be very difficult to properly configure CiscoWorks Common Services and Resource Manager Essentials in order to manage your network. This course solves this problem head on. Students of this course are provided the step-by-step instructions and hands-on practice that is required to master this extremely complex set of products. This course details every single application found in the LMS 2.5 bundle. This includes Campus Manager, Resource Manager Essentials, Device Fault Manager, and Internetwork Performance Monitor. The course ensures to cover scalable deployments of these applications. In fact, CWENT 2.5 uses a multi-server deployment as the basis for the course labs and demonstrations.

The CWENT course focuses on the technology required for enabling WAN solutions. To fully benefit from this course, the student must be familiar with general networking concepts and have Cisco router operation and configuration experience. Successful completion of the following courses (or equivalent experience) is strongly recommended:
